Shipping Policy
You should be notified by email with tracking information as soon as your order is shipped.
$7.99 flat rate for US Customers under $75. Orders over $75 ship free via USPS Priority Mail.
Orders usually ship within 1-2 business days.
Please note: During times of higher volumes, like the holiday season, order processing times can take 4-5 business days.

Kaylyn Naturals is not responsible for undelivered packages. Please contact the carrier directly to make a claim for packages that have been lost or not delivered.
We cannot accommodate shipping address changes after your order has been placed.
Returns and Refunds
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Our return policy is 14 days. We can’t offer you a refund after 14 days of your original purchase date. The product must be physically received by us before your refund is processed.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please note: Returns/refunds are subject to a $7 processing fee that will be automatically deducted from your refund. You are also responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item.
To request a refund, please email us at customerservice@shopkaylyn.com and include your order number to start the process.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, so please use a trackable shipping service to ensure we receive your return.
Once your return is received, inspected and approved, we will notify you via email that your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 7 days.

What if my product is damaged?
We will replace any products damaged during shipping. Contact us at customerservice@shopkaylyn.com with a picture of the damage and description, and we'll respond with questions to get the process started.
